Yoga Schmoga

How are you boys doing today? I am pretty good, just procrastinating at working out...I am thinking about taking a kick boxing class actually!
I hear they are really great workouts...I mean, I love my Yoga, but every once in a while I would like something that really gets my heart rate up ya know!
Anyway, if I do go and take it, I will definitely let you know how it turns out! Hahaha, if it leaves me sore or not.
Actually I take it as a sign of a good class IF it leaves you sore. That means you are working muscles you never worked before ya know. And if you know me, there is one muscle I have that NEEDS to be sore real soon!
